Oxygen Builder

Oxygen Builder has been around since 2018 and is a highly customizable page template and layout builder. It has a Lifetime Deal as well and if you have experience and training in Web technology, CSS and HTML you'll pick things up quickly here.

Compared to other builders DIVI, Beaver builder, and even Gutenburg Oxygen will blow them away for scalability and performance often scoring "A" grade scores for little optimization effort.

If you can't build a site without a theme then you'll also need other plugins to extend the builder like Oxymade or Oxyninja but that's to be expected compared to DIVI the builder does have some default templates but paying for frameworks and commercial themes can be worth it.
