Regional Web Developer (RWD) is a recruitment site for regional businesses, agencies and networking to form teams of people doing project work throughout Australia. The actions undertaken by these individuals are in no way a reflection of actions taken by RWD.

In order to sign up with a membership, you will be asked to provide a credit card number, expiry date and CVV number together with billing address and name. These are processed through a Stripe payment gateway service and as secure as possible.

If there is fraud or illegal use of cards this may require users to contact law enforcement to report the transactions together with your IP address. In the event you wish to cancel the service, we can do this for you if made by email or you can do this yourself via the self-service dashboard. We will be sorry to see you go and would appreciate any constructive feedback.
We cannot offer refunds for purchases where the services have been provided or the time has been spent. That said we will always abide with Australian Consumer law if a refund is required based on law we are obliged to comply.
